At Dance Ahead CIC, community voice shapes our work.

Across Carlisle, Cumbria and further across the North, our participatory projects bring adults together through collaborative movement and performance — creating spaces rooted in trust, curiosity and shared experience. Participants move, reflect and create alongside one another, building confidence and connection in welcoming, non-competitive environments.
